Welcome to Nolvia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Nolvia ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Nolvia website (https://nolvia.ai) and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By registering, accessing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the Services.
1. Service Description
1.1 Nature of Service
Nolvia is a unified AI model aggregation platform that provides access to multiple AI models through a single interface, including but not limited to text generation, image generation, and video generation capabilities.
1.2 Scope of Service
- Web-based AI chat interface with multi-model switching and conversation history management
- API access to third-party AI models
- Image generation, video generation, and other multimodal AI capabilities
- Unified account management and billing system
- Technical documentation and customer support
1.3 Disclaimer
Nolvia is a unified AI model aggregation platform that provides access to multiple AI models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
2. Account Registration and Management
2.1 Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity
- You must provide truthful and accurate registration information
- Each user may register only one account. Accounts may not be transferred, lent, or shared
2.2 Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including passwords and API Keys)
- You are liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials due to your own actions
- You must notify us immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account
3. Payment and Billing
3.1 Billing Model
- The Services operate on a prepaid basis
- Specific model pricing and billing rules are as published on the platform
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with prior notice
3.2 Refund Policy
- Erroneous charges due to service failures will be refunded upon verification
- Fees for consumed services are non-refundable
3.3 Invoicing
- Enterprise users may request VAT invoices
- Invoice procedures are as published on the platform
4. Acceptable Use Policy
4.1 Lawful Use
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction when using the Services.
4.2 Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Services to generate, distribute, or store the following:
(a) Illegal Content
- Content that violates any applicable national laws or regulations
- Content that endangers national security or public safety
- Content that promotes terrorism, extremism, or violence
- Content that violates the laws of the People's Republic of China or any other applicable jurisdiction
(b) Content That Infringes on Others' Rights
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or other legal rights
- Content that violates privacy, reputation, or other personal rights
- Unauthorized use of others' personal information
(c) Harmful Content
- Content containing violence, terrorism, or extremism
- Sexually explicit or obscene content, or content harmful to minors
- Discriminatory, hateful, or harassing content
- Misinformation, fraudulent, or misleading content
- Malware, viruses, or other harmful programs
(d) Classified or Sensitive Information
- You may not upload, input, or process through the Services any information classified under the laws and regulations of your country or region, or any documents or data designated by your affiliated organization as Top Secret, Secret, Confidential, Internal, Restricted, or subject to any other classification level
- You shall bear full legal responsibility and all consequences arising from any information leakage or security incident caused by your violation of this provision. We assume no liability in such cases
(e) Service Abuse
- Conducting cyberattacks or unauthorized security testing
- Large-scale automated scraping or resource abuse
- Attempting to bypass security measures, access restrictions, or content filters
- Reselling or redistributing access to the Services without authorization
- Generating spam or conducting unsolicited communications
- Using AI-generated content to impersonate real individuals or commit identity fraud
4.3 Content Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for all content generated through and your use of the Services
- AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased; you should independently verify such content
- When publicly sharing AI-generated content, you must comply with applicable laws regarding AI content labeling
5. Content Moderation and Compliance
5.1 Content Safety
To comply with applicable laws and protect users and the public, we implement the following content safety measures:
- Input filtering: Interception of clearly illegal or prohibited input content
- Output review: Necessary safety screening of AI-generated content
- Provider compliance: Our upstream model providers maintain built-in content safety mechanisms
5.2 Account Actions
If we discover or have reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Warning: Issue a violation notice
- Restriction: Temporarily limit access to some or all features
- Suspension: Temporarily suspend your account
- Termination: Permanently terminate your account and access to the Services
- Content removal: Remove violating content
We will select appropriate measures based on the nature, severity, and frequency of the violation. We will endeavor to notify you before taking action, except in urgent circumstances involving serious illegal activity or immediate threats to platform security.
5.3 Appeals
If you believe our actions were taken in error, you may submit an appeal through our customer support channels. We will review and respond within 15 business days.
5.4 Regulatory Cooperation
We will cooperate with lawful requests from government authorities and regulatory bodies in applicable jurisdictions, including but not limited to:
- Providing necessary user information and usage records
- Implementing content review and filtering requirements
- Cooperating with security reviews and investigations
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Platform IP
All trademarks, logos, interface designs, and software code of the Nolvia platform are our property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use them without our written permission.
6.2 User Content Rights
- You retain all rights to your input content
- Intellectual property rights in AI-generated content are determined by applicable laws and the terms of the respective model providers
- You may use content generated through the Services to the extent permitted by law
7. Disclaimers
7.1 Service Availability
- The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind
- We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service stability, but are not liable for interruptions caused by network conditions, system maintenance, or upstream provider failures
- We may suspend the Services for maintenance or upgrades with reasonable prior notice
7.2 AI-Generated Content
- AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice (including but not limited to legal, medical, or financial advice)
- We make no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
- You should exercise independent judgment when using AI-generated content
7.3 Third-Party Services
The Services depend on third-party model providers. We are not liable for impacts caused by changes, interruptions, or termination of third-party services, though we will endeavor to find alternatives.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services
- Our total liability shall not exceed the total service fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim
9. Modifications
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' prior notice via in-app notification or email.
Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. For users in mainland China, the laws of the People's Republic of China shall apply. For users in other countries and regions, these Terms shall be effective to the extent permitted by applicable local law.
10.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a competent arbitration institution for arbitration in accordance with its then-effective rules.
11. General Provisions
11.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
11.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11.3 No Waiver
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
