2. Protection of User Content

"User Content" refers to the prompts, files, and images you send to AI models through our Services, as well as the content generated by AI models in response ("Outputs").
2.2 Our Commitments
- Encrypted storage: To provide conversation history functionality, your conversation content is stored in encrypted form on our servers. We use industry-standard encryption to ensure your content is protected at rest
- No inspection: We do not proactively view, review, or analyze your conversation content, except to respond to your technical support requests or as required by law
- No training: We do not use any of your content to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI models
- No commercial analysis: We do not perform data mining, user profiling, or commercial analysis on your content
- No third-party sharing: We do not share your content with any third party, except for the necessary transmission to upstream model providers to fulfill your requests
- User control: You may delete your conversation history at any time. Upon account deletion, your conversation content will be permanently removed within a reasonable period
2.3 Upstream Model Providers
Nolvia is a model aggregation platform. Your requests are forwarded to the model provider you select (such as OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, etc.) for processing. Each model provider has its own privacy policy regarding user content. We encourage you to review their respective policies.
Important: Requests made through the Nolvia API are typically not used by upstream model providers for model training, which is the standard practice for API-based access among major providers.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information only for the following purposes:
- Service delivery: Processing your registration, login, payment, and API call requests
- Security: Preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access to protect the platform and users
- Service improvement: Based on anonymized, aggregated statistical data to improve service quality (e.g., overall API response time optimization), without involving any personally identifiable information
- Legal compliance: Fulfilling obligations required by applicable laws and regulations
- Customer support: Responding to your inquiries and technical support requests
We do not use your personal information for:
